About the Role

As a skilled HVAC system maintenance specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' cooling systems. Your primary responsibility will be to attend to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to system breakdown calls and perform prompt repairs
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to prevent system failures
  • Provide commissioning services for new HVAC equipment installations
  • Conduct thorough system troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
  • Perform overhaul and fault-finding services on various HVAC equipment types
  • Document all maintenance activities and results for client reference
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced HVAC technician with a strong background in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience as a technician in the HVAC industry
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system mechanics and principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment medical check
