Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Warehouse Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving operational excellence within the store and warehouse, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

About the Role

  • Providing exceptional customer service for all customers in-store and in the warehouse.
  • Stock movements and maintenance of stock.
  • Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and complying with safety requirements.
  • Unloading inbound orders of stock.
  • Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g., loading customers' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
  • Ensuring documentation, labelling, and presentation of product adhere to standards.
  • Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
