**Role Overview**:
As the Marketing Operations & Content Creator Guru, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding content creation. Your responsibilities will include:

- Hosting weekly meetings with stakeholders to review and enhance content marketing strategies.
- Analysing marketing reports, offering valuable insights, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Developing Company IP and documentation for learning resources.
- Overseeing client onboarding through engaging presentations and efficient administrative processes.
- Providing advice on marketing optimisations to drive impactful results.
- Assisting in the execution of paid digital campaigns and managing related administrative tasks.
- Showcasing your photography and design skills, as well as videography and editing talents.
- Crafting compelling content for clients that resonates with their target audience.
- Excelling in account management and leading teams to success.
- Demonstrating proficiency in social media management and branding strategies.
- Building captivating landing pages to enhance user experiences.

**Key Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- At least 3 years of experience in creative or marketing fields.
- Proven expertise in a B2B service-based environment.
- A wealth of creativity to bring fresh perspectives to our marketing strategies.

**Experience with Software**:

- Zappier
- Lead Pages or similar platforms
- Meta advertising platform
- Google advertising platform
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Google Sheets
- Comfortable working behind a camera for multimedia tasks.

**Salary**:
In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, alongside Superannuation benefits. Join us in an exciting journey to shape the digital future while enjoying a dynamic workplace environment that promotes innovation and growth.
