We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Growth Marketer to drive new customer acquisition opportunities.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for designing and managing end-to-end performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive high-quality traffic to our website and increase conversions in the sales funnel.

As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to manage the sales queue, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and operational capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement performance-based marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic to our website.
  2. Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
  3. Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and operational capacity.
