**The opportunity**:
We are on the lookout for an Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic Reebok team Reporting directly to the Brand Director, the role is responsible for driving Reebok Campaigns, Events & Partnership's across Australia & New Zealand. The role ensures Reebok is marketed with excellence across owned and partner channels and works to enhance sales, consumer loyalty, brand reputation and positive partner relations.
Our support office is based in Richmond and we have adopted a hybrid working model

**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Manage the local marketing calendar executing Omni-channel product campaigns across Reebok owned channels.
- Develop and analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure constant improvement.
- Manage and direct creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Create localised content for the marketing calendar and seek global business approvals where required.
- Project Manage and deliver business events when required.
- Manage local partnerships and to deliver campaign and promotional content to market.
- Manage contracted Athletes and ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Explore and deliver new partnerships that align with brand values and strategy.
- Support Merchandise & WHS Manager's in the sell in process with marketing tool kits.
- Lead a team of two, Trade Marketing Specialist (WHS & Retail Marketing) and Marketing Co-ordinator (Social, PR & Influencers).
- Responsible for Reebok Marketing working budget.
**The skills and experience you offer us**:
- Approx. 3 years' experience in a similar role (Marketing Management)
- Degree in Business (Marketing) or related discipline - desired but not essential.
- Capacity to build strong working relationships throughout the brand and partners and communicates effectively with all levels.
- Team Leadership, provide clear business goals for teams to support and develop skills base.
- Problem Solving, critical and creative thinking to gather information to drive implementation.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced retailing environment with solid marketing management.
- Ability to work under pressure and resilience
- Intermediate Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficient in Adobe Suite is desirable.
