**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Head of Marketing (APAC) is a key part of our regional leadership team and is responsible for developing and managing our marketing and communications in Australia and our APAC export markets. This role is pivotal in our pursuit of being the most loved brand on the planet, dreaming up and delivering the strategic and wildly creative activities that grow our brand awareness, engagement and love.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
Picture it, Head of Marketing for APAC at Minor FiguresLooks good? But what will the day-to-day be like?

Well, you'll be:

- Contributing to the development and leadership of the APAC business as a member of the Regional management team, helping to shape and implement the business strategy.
- Developing and managing delivery of the APAC marketing plan, activity calendar and budget to support the overall business strategy, creating the most exciting brand on the planet and supporting the achievement of our sales objectives.
- Managing, developing and mentoring direct reports, inspiring and coaching for performance.
- Tracking and evaluating marketing activity against agreed targets, including awareness, conversions and sales.
- Tracking and analyzing consumer and category data, spotting trends to guide strategy and develop the NPD pipeline for the APAC business.
- Working closely with the Sales Team, providing category management data and insight to guide plans and initiatives to drive channel dominance.
- Maintaining regular communication with our Teams in London and LA, to ensure consistency in positioning of the brand in APAC.
- Working with our London-based creative team and product developers to develop marketing output and deliver NPD projects.

**ABOUT YOUR TEAM**:
You will be leading a team of three wildly talented and passionate marketers, Abby, Nina and Tiff, with an additional team member for Asia to be recruited soon. You'll report to our co-founder and GM for APAC, Jono, who's passion for our business will inspire you to think and act at your most strategic and creative level.

**YOUR COMMITMENT**:
You'll be based out of our office in Prahran, Melbourne. This will be your base and we want this person to bring the energy and creativity to help educate and inspire our team here in Aus.
