The Head of Marketing will set a clear brand strategy that strengthens Trenery's platform, drives prompted awareness, consideration and key brand perceptions, and builds a loyal, high-value customer base. Long-term success is measured by sustained full-price sales growth, the cultivation of enduring brand partnerships, and the advancement of Trenery's role as a leading premium brand within the Country Road Group
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and own the Trenery brand strategy, aligning with business objectives while elevating customer relevance and competitive differentiation
- Champion the brand story, ensuring creative, content, and marketing initiatives reflect Trenery's purpose and connect emotionally with customers
- Translate customer insights and market intelligence into strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and preference
- Lead the seasonal and long-term marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are integrated across all channels with clarity of message and commercial impact
- Build and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies in partnership with Digital, CRM and Loyalty teams
- Shape and embed Trenery's unique brand point of view in sustainability, community and cultural partnerships
- Establish and nurture long-term external partnerships (media, cultural, creative) that strengthen brand equity and customer reach
- Direct content strategy for all brand channels (social, digital, in-store, media, PR)
- Ensure campaigns deliver cohesive storytelling and consistent execution across every platform
- Lead, inspire and grow a high-performing marketing and creative team, providing clear vision, coaching and development pathways.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where creativity and accountability thrive
- Role-model Country Road Group's leadership values: acting with clarity, empathy and optimism; driving results with focus; and building cohesion across teams and functions
- Oversee creative direction, seasonal styling and product storytelling across all categories
- Ensure Trenery's tone of voice, look and feel are consistent, elevated and distinctive across every customer touchpoint.
Key Capabilities
- 10+ years' experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally in luxury, premium retail or brand-driven consumer industries
- Proven ability to design and deliver strategies that grow brand equity, prompted awareness and consideration while delivering commercial outcomes
- Strong experience in brand storytelling, PR, partnerships, content and creative leadership
- Demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour and market trends
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to inspire teams and stakeholders
- Experienced in leading cross-functional collaboration and managing complexity
- Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial priorities.
