About the role
Goulburn Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Shepparton, VIC.
As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our automotive business.

What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Recruiting, training, and managing a team of high-performing sales professionals
Fostering a positive and customer-centric sales environment
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Negotiating and closing sales agreements with customers
Ensuring compliance with all relevant sales and marketing regulations
Providing regular sales and performance reports to senior management
Participating in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the automotive industry
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Thorough understanding of the local and regional automotive market
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
