Aboutthe Role
We're currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow ourdynamic truck sales team in Shepparton. In this pivotal role, you'll drivesales performance, lead strategic initiatives, and foster long-termrelationships with customers and OEM partners.

You'llbe a results-driven leader who brings strong commercial acumen, a passion forcustomer service, and the ability to inspire a team to exceed targets.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team ofSales Professionals
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to drivegrowth and increase market share
  • Develop and implement effective salesstrategies and action plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withkey stakeholders and OEMs
  • Manage tenders and high-value negotiations
  • Work with cross-functional teams, includingmarketing, to align business objectives
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure stock ismarketed effectively
  • Oversee training and development to enhanceproduct knowledge and sales capabilities

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, ideallywithin the automotive or heavy vehicle sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, andengage a high-performing sales team
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and analyticalthinking
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, andnegotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment todelivering outstanding service and results
