Located in Ashmore, The Domain Country Club is a large Retirement living community.
In this role you will be working closely with the Community Manager and each of the Body Corporate Committees, ensuring the smooth administration of each body corporate within the community.
As an organised professional, you will be responsible for managing Body Corporate administration items, taking minutes, setting meetings and engaging with committees in line with legislation. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background working in Body Corporate management, or who has strong administration and personnel skills wanting a new challenge.
**About the role**:
- This is a permanent part-time role, Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 3.00pm (22 hours a week)
- Complete administrative duties for multiple Body Corporates in the community including setting agendas, meeting attendance & follow-up, minute taking, maintaining records and bank accounts and inspecting common areas.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as residents, Community Manager and fellow team members to provide punctual and positive outcomes
- Complete general ad-hoc duties delegated to you by the Community Manager and provide vital support to them in their absence
**About you**:
- Experience in Property Management, Strata or Body Corporate administration (preferred)
- Sound understanding of Body Corporate Act (preferred)
- Demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrator with the ability to perform all functions (AGMs, EGMs, VOC's, minute taking and maintaining records)
- Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (highly desired)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date
