As our Executive Manager Finance & Commercial, you'll be the architect of financial strategies that fuel innovation, support sustainability, and create opportunities for growth.You'll have the freedom to influence how we diversify revenue, manage investments, and harness technology — all while ensuring our financial foundations remain strong and transparent.Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role is your chance to redefine what's possible for See Differently's financial and commercial landscape.ResponsibilitiesLeading financial strategy and planning to support organisational growth and innovationOverseeing financial accounting, reporting, treasury, and governance with precision and integrityDriving commercial initiatives, identifying new funding models, partnerships, and revenue opportunitiesPartnering with leaders across the organisation to deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyticsProviding insightful, data-driven advice to the Board and Executive Leadership TeamLeading the integration of enterprise systems, technology investments, and process automation to future-proof operationsWorking with our technology business partners in designing and implementing new whole of business enterprise systemsThis isn't just about keeping the books balanced — it's about maximising our impact.What you'll bringYou'll be a strategic and hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution.Proven success in senior financial leadership rolesCommercial acumen with experience driving growth, diversification, and innovationStrong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, taxation, and compliance frameworksDemonstrated experience in systems integration and transformation projectsExceptional leadership skills — you inspire confidence, foster collaboration, and deliver resultsWhy See Differently?
