The Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Australia (SPASA) is the peak industry body for the Swimming Pool & Spa Industry in Australia & New Zealand. Due to this significant growth there is now a opportunity for Content & Social Executive to join the Adelaide team

**About the role**:
Join a team dynamic, fast-paced, creative, and passionate team with an awesome culture, revolving around trust and passion to create happier, healthier communities through the use of a pool or spa.

You will play a key part in making a direct impact in the lives of many people across Australia & New Zealand. You'll be responsible for working across multiple brands with our social channels and the execution of our targeted strategy.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Creating and maintaining internal social and content calendars, ensuring all content is created and delivered utilising the easy-to-use tools provided
- Creating and measuring effective campaigns across all social channels across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with developing TikTok for some brands.
- Facilitating all posts in accordance with the social media strategy for the SPASA group and leading the Community Management response including comments and DM's
- Building the assets for content on platforms ranging from the Adobe suite and Canva, along with video editing where capable
- Exploring growth opportunities to work with third parties in developing, creating, and reporting provided
- Preparing and providing reports to the marketing team each month to ensure continuous growth and development

**To be successful you will have**:

- Two or more years of experience in social and content marketing
- Ability to work independently as a member of a small team
- Demonstrated experience using Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, and video editing - or are willing to learn quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You enjoy monitoring social trends, brands, influencers, and topics relating to the Pool, Spa, and Lifestyle products
