Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Manager People, Safety and Quality is responsible for the delivery of end-to-end HR activities, learning and development, WHS matters, quality assurance systems and change management. Sitting within the Executive, this role will focus on leading, identifying and implementing organisation-wide improvements to support the delivery of programs, initiatives and processes while further developing a positive working culture. This is a position of positive influence that will involve regular board interaction and general cross-functional stakeholder management across diverse personnel, volunteers and external service providers.

We are keen to speak with senior HR professionals who have a minimum of 5 years of experience gained from notable organisations/businesses with complex HR functions. The position will suit leaders who have demonstrable experience in change management along with natural problem-solving ability and a positive, engaging demeanour that empowers colleagues. Strong reporting skills along with sound financial literacy and commercial nous are essential. HR professionals with NFP experience will be highly regarded as well as those from the private sector and all tiers of government.
