We're looking for a Discipline Manager – Water, Environment & Industrial who's excited to guide and grow a talented team, engage in hands-on technical leadership, and contribute to projects that span the water, defence, buildings, industrial, transport and civil infrastructure sectors.This is more than a management role—it's your chance to bring people together, build belonging, and grow professionally while delivering projects that matter.Position Overview:You'll be at the heart of a high-performing, collaborative team, mentoring future leaders, shaping technical excellence, and directly influencing outcomes across iconic projects.

Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.15+ years of consulting/design experience.A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving.
Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status (or ability to attain within 6 months).
