Water Industry Technical Lead

This role is a leadership opportunity to oversee a high-performing team, focusing on safety, wellbeing, collaboration, and impact.
- Lead a team with a strong emphasis on creating a positive and thriving culture through meaningful work and tailored development pathways.
- Influence business strategy through workforce planning, business improvement, and client-facing work.
- Deliver technically excellent designs and guide project teams through all phases—from concept to delivery.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to develop tailored solutions and support business growth.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
- 15+ years of consulting/design experience.
- A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving.
- Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status or ability to attain within 6 months.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Technical expertise in water, defence, and/or industrial infrastructure.
