What you'll do:
- Book ENG and Sound for all Sport and SSN shoots
- Liaise with Planning or Sports Producers to look at requirements and H & S- Provide main point of contact for crews and reassigning them as shoots change- General Administration including supplying invoice codes to crews, coding invoices, SSN/SS desk rotas and assisting Senior Assignments and Logistics Manager with project work.- Work with Sat Ops on logistics for Soccer Saturday/Specials- Source and book extra kit for shoots when needed.- Maintain crew information and kit lists.- Keep tracker up to date with availability of crews.- Help manage the carnet system.- Cover SSN Assignments desk when necessary

- Prioritising and working to tight deadlines

- Well-developed interpersonal skills
