We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Access Services Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring that our services meet the needs of our customers and comply with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying Access Services across all Sports, Movies, and Entertainment channels. They will work closely with various teams, including Media Management, Scheduling, Compliance, and Playout, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Meeting Ofcom regulations and ensuring compliance with Sky SLAs">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply Access Services">
  • Representing the department and wider business areas in major projects">
  • Assisting Viewer Relations and other areas of the business with custom complaints and queries">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A high level of customer service and client focus">
  • Strong organizational skills to deal with and prioritize daily workload">
  • Ability to demonstrate clear and concise communication skills with colleagues">
  • Previous Access Services experience is highly advantageous">
  • A good understanding of OfCom regulations and Access Services workflows to meet TX deadlines">
