What you'll do:
- Book ENG and Sound for all Sport and SSN shoots- Liaise with Planning or Sports Producers to look at requirements and H & S-
- Provide main point of contact for crews and reassigning them as shoots change-
- General Administration including supplying invoice codes to crews, coding invoices, SSN/SS desk rotas and assisting Senior Assignments and Logistics Manager with project work.-
- Work with Sat Ops on logistics for Soccer Saturday/Specials-
- Source and book extra kit for shoots when needed.-
- Maintain crew information and kit lists.-
- Keep tracker up to date with availability of crews.-
- Help manage the carnet system.-
- Cover SSN Assignments desk when necessaryWhat you'll bring:
