A bit about your role

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the fulfillment of materials to support the accelerated build, activate and assurance of the NBN network.

The role is to ensure that the Delivery Partners have the right amount of materials at the right time and to ensure that Delivery Partners do not end up with excess inventory either nationally or in any state in particular.

This role will work closely with internal supply teams including Supply & Demand planning, Reporting and Analytics, item Master team, Spares and Assurance planning team and external teams outside the NBN Supply division.

This role will be managing the internal and external order fulfilment & material queries and exceptions and will have the opportunity to lead or manage small projects to drive process improvement initiatives.

A bit about you

To be successful in the role you will have the experience and knowledge in Supply Chain ideally with Supply Planning and/or inventory management. You will have hands-on experience in using MS Office Suite, Oracle E-business and CRM like Salesforce.

You will have high level of analytical skills and good understanding of business process analysis and development.

You are an effective problem solver with advanced critical thinking skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis to drive process improvement.

You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
