**Job Description Summary**

The ANZ Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for operations support for the supply chain function. The role involves analysing supply chain data and metrics, collaborating across different supply chain functions, Supporting the supply chain and business stakeholders to perform their day-to-day activities more efficiently, Support the projects, processes, and systems across ANZ supply chain on an on-going basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse different Supply chain metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement to ANZ Planning team (DIO/Inventory /FA / BO/OTIF)
- Update the Monthly IBP/KDG Presentations with all metrics data in collaboration with the Planning team.
- Review of Stock cover at different DCs and report over or under stock risk for inventory optimisation across ANZ Network.
- Update the in-bound shipment priorities with ANZ shipping team in collaboration with the planners.
- Track the critical In-bound shipments and update to relevant business stakeholders.
- Review Safety stock in coordination with the planners and timely updates in system.Review Back-order report and ensure the recovery comments are up to date in collaboration with ANZ Planning team.
- ANZ Manual allocation management and support SCM product allocation for all Business Units
- Fortnightly Excess Inventory report updates and highlight actions with planning team.
- Ensure quarterly E&O Review and Updates across all Business units and follow-up with planners and product managers on actions.
- Drop ship order follow-ups based on the shipment schedule.
- Update the ANZ Back-order projection report and highlight the risks with all the planners.
- Update the master data extension templates in collaboration with the planners.
- Raising the master data change requests in collaboration with the planners
- Review the master data discrepancies and raise the master data update requests on a periodical basis.
- Manage all the purchase order discrepancies as highlighted by APAC shared services team.
- Collaborate with logistics team for in-bound variances and adjustments in ERP system.
- Manage the Goods Receipt Vs Invoice Receipt variances in collaboration with planning and logistics teams.
- Raise the stock scrap requests with Logistics team in collaboration with planners.
- Raise the credit claims for any in-bound variances with the source of supply as needed.
- Support all relevant supply chain projects (MDR/IVDR, RECODE etc) as and when needed.
- Support the ANZ Planning team with all the data downloads and updates as needed.
- Act as a planning back-up when a planner is on leave.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, IT&T, Technical or a relevant medical discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Attention to details and self-organized.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power BI).
- Supply Chain planning experience (e.g Demand Planning).
- Previous working knowledge of supply chain operations and supporting processes and systems.
- MedTech industry experience.
- Experience in the use of Corporate systems (e.g. SAP, JDE)
