**Description**:
**The Role**:
Based in our Mascot office, the Supply Chain Analyst role will report to the Operations and Planning Principal, the Supply Chain Analyst will own and be responsible for various supply chain analyses, inventory coordination, project controls, reporting, methods and processes, working with a cross-functional team across multiple geographies.

**Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities**:
Develop Supply Chain planning for critical, strategic new projects (i.e. Suncable, etc)
Support the digitisation of Supply Chain KPI's through data analytics, modelling, and visualisations
Provide strategic analysis and support with inventory planning, procurement, assembly, logistics and supply chain data gathering
Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain reporting and analytics
Own and report strategic and operational supply chain metrics across 5B.
Own and coordinate a calendar of inventory count across all locations. Ensure process compliance and accuracy on inventory levels and adjustments.
Become a key user and the supply chain SME in Odoo ERP. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and proper system setup
Identify and lead continuous improvement projects across the supply chain organization
Develop and roll out supply chain documentation and training related to planning, coordination, controls, methods and processes.
Assist with governance within the supply chain organisation, including an optimised repository of information, and flowcharts, producing reports and documentation needed for efficient SC operations and audits (QMS, C2C, ESG, CSR)

Must have a background in supply chain management or Engineering.
Experience working within the equipment and manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
Must be technically competent in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets and Smartsheets.
Experience working with data and strong problem-solving skills.
Works collaboratively with superior stakeholder relationship management capability
Strong team player with a can-do attitude
