We are one of Brisbane's leading towing and transport providers and due to rapid growth in the last 12 months, we are seeking another member for our team.

**Must have experience in the towing and transport industry, equipment hire industry or have some knowledge on trucks and machinery**

Duties Include:

- Answer and action incoming calls - these will be quotes and bookings
- Assist customer with ETA's on current and upcoming jobs
- Coordinate information to and from our customers and drivers in timely manner
- Assist the Dispatch team with scheduling jobs for the fleet in accordance with customer timeframes and requests
- Develop relationships with customers and our team of drivers
- Communicate effectively with drivers to resolve issues as they arise
- Use initiative to find customer focused solutions

Skills & experience:

- Must have exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
- Fast and accurate data entry
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for error
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Team player with a positive energy
- Professional and motivated work ethic
- Saturday work as per roster once trained

This position is most suited to someone with a mature and responsible attitude who enjoys helping resolve issues and who is reliable, honest and punctual.

Expected start date is Early January 2025.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 50 per week
