Job Description As ourCommunity Engagement Officer, you'll be the friendly face and voice behind our outreach efforts.
From buzzing community events to scroll-stopping social media, you'll help bring TIO's services to life, making them more accessible, inclusive, and engaging for everyone.What You'll Be DoingCoordinating community events, webinars, and outreach activities (yes, there's travel and yes, it's fun)Creating engaging outreach social media content and managing online communitiesSupporting digital outreach and building partnerships that matterManaging event logistics, from venues to merchWriting, editing, and proofreading content for diverse audiencesAssisting with campaign planning, reporting and marketing insightsContributing to publications, web content and awareness campaigns Desired Skills and Experience What You Bring2+ years in customer service, events, or community outreachA natural connector with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of an organizationSocial media savvy and confident with digital toolsComfortable with platforms like Dynamics 365, Canva, Zoom, and Office 365A flair for plain language and communicating with clarity and heartA proactive, can-do attitude and a love for making things happenBonus points if you've got a qualification in Community Services or a related field
