We're looking for an Transactions Monitor to assist with all transaction queries with both internal and with external stakeholders. You will acquire a broad understanding of all aspects of the business with a primary focus on suspicious transactions.

**What you'll be doing**:
As the Transactions Monitor you will assist with all transaction queries with both internal and with external stakeholders. You will acquire a broad understanding of all aspects of the business with a primary focus on suspicious transactions. Your key areas of responsibility are (1) responding to incoming cases from external parties (2) addressing these cases in a timely and professional manner aiming for the best possible outcome.

**In this role, you'll be**:

- Responding to cases raised by our clients, other financial institutions, or the police in a timely & professional manner

- Triage issues identified and escalated to necessary stakeholders
- You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with the Customer Success and FX team to improve processes
- Provide excellent client service with the best possible outcome

**What we need from you**
- Solve Excellent communication skills which allow you to build and maintain trust
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Desire to contribute to a growing team, including refining internal processes
- Ability to work both collaboratively and individually

**Qualifications andexperience**
- Finance Degree is preferred but not essential
- Some familiarity with finance and/or payments platforms highly desired
- Ability to respond to queries in a professional and independent manner
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
