Overview
We are looking for a Solutions Specialist for BSS Soundweb Omni / AVX Suite who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of MadisonAV and work directly with the latest HARMAN products and solutions.

The opportunity
Play a key role in driving awareness, expanding expertise, and developing the market for the emerging next-generation BSS DSP platform and related AVX software suite across all relevant market verticals nationally.
Successfully evangelize BSS brands and solutions to achieve revenue targets through the integration channel.

What we are looking for
Previous experience as an AV industry professional, with a related Technical Sales / Business Development / Solutions Architecture background in closely related solutions.
Experience with and understanding of Audio DSP and Dante audio networking - essential.
The ability to bridge the gap between technical specifications and business requirements.
A proven track record in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Delivery of engaging training sessions and presentations.
