**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Providing direct admin support to Regional Ops managers and HSE Managers
- Co-ordinate internal and external resource requirements
- Scheduling Meetings / appointments/events
- Managing meeting room calendar bookings/ external bookings
- Office supply orders and placements for NSW PAD ops managers
- Placing HSE Orders for NSW PAD and Temp Accom program - Safety /PPE equipment etc
- Signage orders for NSW PAD and Temp Accom Programs - safety temp fence mesh etc
- Auditing office deliveries
- Liaise with IT Officer for supply and delivery of IT equipment requirements
- Hire Vehicle Management - recording kms, managing Vehicle maintenance schedule. Liaise with Logistics Coordinator on New starters vehicle requirements and maintain vehicle database.
- identify and maintain office maintenance engaging service providers / vendors in the areas of office cleaning, security, electrical, AC etc.
- Uniform Issue management - Liaise with head office logistics coordinator on orders

**Experience.**
- Having worked in Construction or building sector desirable but not essential
- 3-4 years' experience in office manager role
- Excellent computer skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent?
- Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
- Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
- Proficiency Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
