Job Opportunity

We are seeking a logistics professional to support our suppliers in sending customer bookings, and preparing travel documents.

Organizational Structure

The successful candidate will report directly to our Customer Operations Manager. This role is based on-site from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

A Day in the Job
  • Coordinate with suppliers to secure group travel arrangements for customers
  • Manage inbound and outbound supplier communications, as well as customer travel documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth group travel arrangements
  • Communicate booking information to external operators
  • Finalize and send final travel documentation to customers ahead of departure
  • Assist with customer and group booking emergencies when required
To be Successful
  • Tertiary qualifications in customer service, event management, tourism, business, or administration, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Demonstrated experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Experience in the travel industry is highly regarded
