**About the Opportunity**

The Global Corporate Supply Land Co-Ordinator will manage the day to day operational and administrative aspects of our Global Land Programs.

This Sydney-based junior admin role will develop processes for management of the day-to-day administration of the Global Corporate Land Program. It also includes the development of content including newsletters to showcase the value of our programs.

Additionally, the role allows for streamlining and managing of the operations of the various programs, maximising visibility and ease of accessing content for our hotel and car sales for Flight Centre's corporate brands (FCM, Corporate Traveller, Stage & Screen and FCBT), through effective management of our admin tools and capabilities.

**What you will be doing**:
**1. Land Program Management**: Working with the Supply Partnerships team manage the day-to-day administration of the Global Land Program. Ensuring all systems and processes are updated, providing reports to the partnership team and finance/reporting teams on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Daily Extract of Cvent Data
- Hotel Master List Management
- Bi-annual Supply Partner Reconciliations
- Bi-annual Program Rate Auditing

**2. Supply Team / Internal Support**: Manage the administration, reporting and process mapping for our Global Engagement Platforms, including Once Hub, Salesforce, and Wix Websites. In addition to Supplier/Internal communication and management of the Global IATA Database.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Daily management of Once Hub Engagement Platform driving utilisation both internally and externally
- Daily management of the Supply Team Product inbox in Salesforce ensuring timely replies to all enquiries
- Monthly management of the IATA Database with Supplier Communication

**3. Finance/Analytics and Reporting**: Working with the Finance and Power BI teams manage the monthly process for refreshing hotel and IATA mapping to ensure accurate dashboards are produced. Manage the process of debt collection and report to Supply Partnerships team regularly on status ensuring timely collection of debt and mínimal write-offs.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Monthly updates to mapping of Hotels and IATA Database
- Monthly creation of key slides for distribution pack including Global Results summary
- Monthly Supplier Debt chasing and reporting

**4. Supplier Engagement/Support**: Working with the Supply Partnerships Team generate monthly Business Review Slides and execute the Pay for Placement Opportunities for each Supply Partner. Additionally ensure all Program collateral and content is updated and a monthly newsletter showcasing our Program benefits is created and delivered with results reported to the Supply Partnerships Team.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Monthly generation of Business Review Slides
- Monthly updating of the Hotel of the Month Feature
- Fortnightly updating of Banner Advertising in Hotel Source
- Monthly Newsletter Creation

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with supply, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment of strategies with overall business goals
- Provide expertise, guidance and training to team members and internal customers
- Represent Global Land Program strategies and capabilities externally with suppliers and internally

**What you will need**:

- Travel industry expertise: Proven track record in administration of travel-related content and reporting (TMC experience desirable)
- Supplier Relationships: background in building and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers in the corporate travel space
- Reporting and Analytics: Strong ability to analyse data and provide meaningful reports and insights
- Developing process flows: Demonstrated experience in managing and developing processes with clear business objectives and process improvement
- Process Driven: Ability to follow and maintain detailed content across databases and systems (product management and finance)
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and look for process improvements. Report and track results in line with the broader business goals
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, extracting insights from large datasets, and translating findings into actionable strategies
- Creativity and Insights: Ability to write and communication newsletter content to showcase the value of the Global Land Program
- Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite of products. Proficiency in Cvent/Lanyon, HubSpot would be an advantage
- Education: Use your Travel and Tourism qualification
