**The Company**

Our client is an Australian-founded company operating globally across six continents, they have an excellent industry reputation for designing and producing leading technology products and services for the mining / underground and tunnelling sector. They are looking for a Sales and Order Processor - Manager to join their Brisbane based team.

**The Role**
- This is a key role to the business, looking after the operational excellence of the Customer Service and Sales Order function which includes leading a small team.
- Ensuing customer satisfaction is priority which includes liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to manage workflow, stockroom procedures, and efficient - timely order processing.
- As well as the main Brisbane site you will also liaise with satellite stores in various QLD locations to ensure everyone is working to the same standards.

**The Person**
- We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service and sales order processing.
- Demonstrable experience in process improvement, and system utilisation such as ERP / SAP and Microsoft office.
- Comfortable leading a small team including stores operators and administrators.
- Opportunity for travel to visit satellite sites (not extensive).
- Opportunity to develop talent within your team and make improvements when possible.
