Our client is family owned & operated and well established. Providing several locations across the Sunshine Coast and employing local talent in Sales, Service, Parts and Administration.

Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about ensuring financial accuracy? Join our esteemed automotive dealership as a Deal Processor and play a pivotal role in our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Deal Processing : Manage complete processing from contract to ledger, including accruals, claim processing, commissions, reconciliations, and End of Month requirements.
  2. Documentation Oversight : Audit deals, ensure all documentation is provided, and rectify any oversights or errors.
  3. Financial Calculations : Calculate profit and commissions payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  4. Collaboration : Liaise with Sales Managers to ensure agreed results and smooth operations.
  5. System Management : Process transactions to the general ledger, reconcile associated receivable & inventory, and manage sale & cost of sale accounts.

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience in automotive deal processing or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
  • Proficiency in DMS – Auto IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
