**About the role**:
We currently have a permanent part time position in Belmont available for 46.75 hours per fortnight. In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Week 1**
Thursday: 2:30pm - 9pm

Friday: 7am - 9:30am & 5pm - 10pm

Saturday: 8am - 3pm

Tuesday: 3pm - 9pm

**Week 2**
Thursday: 5pm - 10pm

Friday: 7am - 9pm & 2:45pm - 8:30pm

Saturday: 3pm - 10pm

- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
