About the role:

In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

Roster information

We work on a Fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster. Our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below.

  • Line A (43.25 hours)
    • Week 1: Thursday 6:30am :30am (3 hours)
    • Friday 2:45pm :45pm (6 hours)
    • Monday 3:00pm :00pm (7 hours) & sleepover
    • Tuesday 6:30am :00am (2.5 hours)
    • Wednesday 2:45pm :45pm (6 hours)
    • Week 2: Friday 2:45pm :6pm (3.75 hours)
    • Saturday 3:45pm :00pm (6.25 hours) & sleepover
    • Sunday 7:00am :00am (2 hours)
    • Monday 2:45pm :6:30pm (3.75 hours)
    • Wednesday 6:30am :30am (3 hours)
  • Line B (48.5 hours)
    • Week 1: Thursday 3:00pm :00pm (7 hours) & sleepover
    • Friday: 6:30am :00am (2.5 hours)
    • Monday: 2:45pm :45pm (6 hours)
    • Tuesday: 2:45pm :6:30pm (3.75 hours)
    • Wednesday: 3:00pm :00pm (7 hours) & sleepover
    • Week 2: Thursday 6:30am :00am (2.5 hours)
    • Sunday: 8:45am :00am (8.25 hours)
    • Monday: 2:45pm :45pm (6 hours)
    • Tuesday: 6:30am :30am (3 hours)
    • Wednesday: 7:00am :30am (2.5 hours)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
  • Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Valid Victorian Driver\u2019s License
  • Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
