Our client is seeking an experienced Head Cook to join their aged care facility in Doomadgee, QLD on a short-term contract.
This is a hands-on role preparing nutritious meals for residents, staff, and meals-on-wheels clients.The RoleRoster: 12-day fortnightHours: 6:00am â 2:30pm (7.5 hrs including break)Prepare meals for approx.
7 residents, 10â15 Meals on Wheels, and 10 staffOperate independently â no assisting cookWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Minimum 2 years' cooking experience (bulk/aged care highly regarded)Food Safety CertificateNational Police Check or Yellow CardDesirable:Driver's licencePrevious experience in aged care or remote settingsWhat's on OfferHourly rate: $38.96Flights, meals, and accommodation includedA rewarding role supporting a small community
