The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in game design on at least one live service game. They will demonstrate a strong ability to execute within established design structures and contribute meaningfully to ongoing live operations.

Additionally, they will operate with a high degree of autonomy while staying aligned with design direction set by leads. They will thrive in small team environments, creating high-quality player experiences from limited resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Professional Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in game design on at least one live service game
