Game Experience Designer

 

As a Game Experience Designer, you will be responsible for crafting and optimizing in-game experiences that engage and surprise players. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and iterate on player-focused designs that deliver exceptional quality and delight millions of players worldwide.

 

  • Design Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop game-changing champion kits with innovative cards, powers, items, relics, and constellations that captivate players.
    • Create engaging content to challenge these champions, including adventures, event mechanics, and quests.
    • Implement production-ready designs through scripting.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in game design on live service games.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute within established design structures and contribute meaningfully to ongoing live operations.
  • Operate with high autonomy while aligning with design direction set by leads.
