About The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant in our Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms team.
You will lead the design, delivery, and support of platform implementations in collaboration with clients, as well as lead and manage a team of functional consultants.
What You'll Bring
Experience leading a team and implementing CRM systems, with an understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms is essential.
Experience with presales and project shaping is a plus.
Hands-on support for consulting activities.
Other Skills and Experience
Deep knowledge of D365 CE platforms across modules.
Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
Experience across multiple industries or segments.
Understanding of common business issues.
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
Some familiarity with D365 FinOps or Business Central applications.
7+ years of D365 Platform experience.
7+ years of consultancy/delivery experience.
4+ years of project ownership/team leadership.
Excellent presentation, communication, and business analysis skills.
Proficiency in Power Apps configuration, CI/CD, DevOps, and data manipulation.
