With a growing pipeline and repeat client base, consultants have the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects spanning Dynamics , SharePoint, BI/reporting, and complex workflow solutions.

The role Lead end-to-end D CE projects (Sales & Customer Insights) plus Power Platform (model-driven apps).
Work closely with clients on discovery, process mapping, solution design, and delivery.
Collaborate with supportive PMs using strong delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall, ALM, ADO).
Own client training, adoption, and documentation, ensuring lasting impact.

What you'll be doing Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and design D CE solutions aligned with business processes.
Configure D CE Sales/Customer Insights and extend solutions with the Power Platform.
Develop detailed work packages for technical teams; oversee implementation and rollout.
Support UAT, training, documentation, and ensure adoption.
Champion best practices in ALM, DevOps, security roles/permissions, and compliance.
What you'll bring Strong experience as a Dynamics CE Functional Consultant (Sales/Customer Insights).
Hands-on with Power Platform (model-driven apps); ALM/Azure DevOps experience a bonus.
Strong stakeholder management skills with clear documentation and solution design ability.
Experience across strategic, operational, and compliance projects.
Microsoft certifications (MB-, PL-, PL- etc.) highly regarded.
