Senior Functional Consultant Role

The Senior Functional Consultant is a leadership position within our organization, responsible for spearheading the implementation and maintenance of D365 platform solutions.

This key role demands exceptional expertise in team management and CRM system deployment, coupled with an in-depth understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.

  • Spearhead the design, delivery, and ongoing support of platform implementations
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants
  • Maintain and enhance deep knowledge of D365 CE platforms across various modules
  • Possess extensive experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.)
About the Position
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with the D365 Platform
  • 7+ years of consultancy/delivery experience
  • 4+ years of project ownership/team leadership
  • Demonstrate exceptional presentation, communication, and business analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Power Apps configuration, CI/CD, DevOps, and data manipulation
