About the Role

We are seeking a well-presented and organized individual to join our team. Local high school graduates and university students are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in English (oral and written), additional languages are an asset;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax, printer);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Reliable, efficient and punctual;
  • Possess passion, confidence and honesty;
  • Customer service orientation - providing a smile and excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate must be available to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

We value ability and desire to anticipate, recognize and meet others' needs, as well as take on additional duties as assigned.
