We're growing our team nationally and looking to hire trade-qualified Panel Beaters, Spray Painters, or Motor Assessors in Melbourne. You'll get fantastic exposure, as you work with a range of internal & external stakeholders, including key brokers and partners across various IIA (Intermediated Insurance Australia) brands such as CGU, Lumley, and WFI.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Assess commercial motor vehicle ensuring motor vehicle repairs are conducted in an appropriate manner, and the repair costs are fair and reasonable
- Assess and adjust claims for vehicles.
- Work with customers on negotiating settlements for referred claims whilst providing an exceptional level of customer care.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification/s in Motor Repair Trades (spray painting, mechanic or panel beating)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Understanding of not just passenger vehicles but also Caravan, motorcycle, pleasure craft, heavy machinery, agricultural farm machinery, farm vehicles and commercially modified vehicles such as ambulances (highly desirable)
- Experience in Insurance Motor Vehicle Loss Assessing and Claims (highly desirable)
