This new Client Administration role will be based in Sydney at our Pitt Street office on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing administrative support both of a general and specific nature, to DWF Claims Australia including other DWF Claims jurisdictions as and when required. You will be reporting into the head of client services based in the UK, with a dotted line into the Director of DWF Claims Australia.

Working closely with all members of the DWF Claims Australia team, this role will involve a range of responsibilities including setting up new claims within our claims management systems, general data entry, working with the claims and other systems, sending correspondence, and liaising with clients and a range of other administrative duties as required.

This support role is key to the success of administrative functions within DWF Claims where we strive to always achieve a superior service experience for our clients and customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support - General
- New claim creation and data entry
- Set up of new clients in the required systems
- Creation of online reports as requested
- Administrative Support
- Triaging team mailboxes, identifying urgent or other matters that require escalation
- Monitoring the allocation of new claims to Account Managers
- Drafting of acknowledgement letters
- Reviewing Incidents, registering or filing as required
- Utilisation of EvoClaim (DWF Claims Management System)
- Data entry and administrative support for the DWF Claims team
- Entering incidents into EvoClaim for the Insurance team
- Entering payments into EvoClaim for the claims team
- Preparing letters as required
- Basic claim financial maintenance as required
- Supporting the achievement of company goals and vision
- Supporting other admin team members as required

- Ability to run reports thoroughly
- Attention to detail while maintaining quality assurance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to undertake reception duties - face to face or over the phone
- Understanding of compliance requirements
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry is highly essential
