About the role
- Support brokers and team managers to enhance client service, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with system processing, coordinate renewal processes, quotes, and compliance approvals.
- Maintain client policy and wage data, generate client reporting, and track progress.
- Coordinate broker and team calendars, and analyze insurer reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
- Identifying and addressing issues affecting client service quality.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives.
