The business has $5Bn+ of assets under management, they have realised phenomenal IRR from inception and have been the driving force behind some $700m+ in residential sales with a future development pipeline of $3.9Bn.

**The Opportunity**

A new opportunity is being created for someone to take a lead with a new fund, this role has a "do-good" emphasis, which means focusing on investment opportunities to support the local community, be it social housing, retirement living, or build-to-rent, or any such opportunity which aligns to this approach. This group is in-tune with and empowers the communities in which they invest, be it through shared community space, events programs, or the sponsorship of local sporting teams, cementing their position as an ethical operator and community advocate. While there is an emphasis on project profitability, this is carried out with the environment in mind; with that in mind they embrace real zero carbon emissions with renewable energy purchases and on-site solar.

**The Position Purpose**

The purpose of this role is to look at existing development opportunities in the group to see if they fit the new fund, as well as new site identification and building the fund model. You will gauge investor interests and build great relationships with the wider team. There is no micromanagement, you would be empowered to succeed and grow this into something special, in turn yielding the long-term benefits associated with your success. This role carves a pathway to truly "owning" and being the face of something that has huge potential and an associated executive salary to reflect success.
