About the Role

The position of Investment Operations Analyst is a key role within our organization, focusing on daily fund operations and investment activities.

  • Manage new investor unit registry, subscriptions, distributions, redemptions, and investor records using our established system.
  • Perform basic fund-level bookkeeping monthly to support NAV and IAS reporting.
  • Assist in the financial year-end process for FATCA/CRS reporting, AIIR, Tax Statements, etc.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with external service providers such as custodians, investment counterparties, prime brokers, and bankers.
  • Assist in due diligence on underlying investments, primarily fixed-income securities like public bonds, private credits, and short-term securities.
  • Analyze investment performance and broad market data to provide insights for reporting and decision-making.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports, charts, and registers to support record-keeping and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in finance, accounting, business analytics, or related fields.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in numerical data processing.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel; basic knowledge of Python coding.
  • BASIC understanding of accounting principles; experience with XERO accounting software.
  • High proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
  • Prior knowledge or internship experience in fund or investment operations.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Maintains confidentiality while handling day-to-day tasks.
