Procurement Support Officer

Troocoo is partnering with a trusted organisation to recruit a Procurement Support Officer who will play a key part in executing purchasing and procurement activities across various categories, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards. This position is ideal for someone immediately available, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and promptly process purchase orders within company systems and processes accurately.
Obtain quotes and liaise with suppliers on the supply of goods and services.
Assist in identifying and resolving invoicing discrepancies and supplier performance concerns.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communication.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in a Purchasing, Buying, Sourcing or Procurement position.
Experience in purchasing/sourcing goods and services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail.
Team player with good relationship-building skills.
