PROCUREMENT OFFICER – Shute Harbour Hamilton Island is currently seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Procurement Officer to join our growing Strategic Procurement team, based at Shute Harbour.

You'll help manage communications with stakeholders, track key contract dates, support commercial decision-making, and ensure that our procurement operations run efficiently, compliantly, and with a service-first mindset.Where You'll Make an ImpactAssist with the development and execution of strategic procurement and tendering processesManage stakeholder communication and relationship building across departments and external suppliersSupport contract management activities, including renewals, milestones, and complianceExtract and analyse procurement data to produce actionable reports and insightsMonitor project timelines and proactively follow up on deadlines and key actionsSolve procurement-related challenges using commercial acumen and sound judgmentSupport the negotiation of commercial terms where requiredWhat We're Looking ForYou're a proactive and analytical team player with a solid understanding of procurement operations.
