Overview

Procurement Support Officer at Troocoo — six-month initial contract with strong potential for extension or permanency. This role offers work-from-home flexibility two days a week and free on-site parking.

Troocoo is partnering with a trusted organisation to recruit a Procurement Support Officer who will play a key part in executing purchasing and procurement activities across various categories, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards. This position is ideal for someone immediately available, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and promptly process purchase orders within company systems and processes accurately.
  • Obtain quotes and liaise with suppliers on the supply of goods and services.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving invoicing discrepancies and supplier performance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communication.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a Purchasing, Buying, Sourcing or Procurement position.
  • Experience in purchasing/sourcing goods and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with good relationship-building skills.
