Job Summary:
The Human Resource Project Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by spearheading the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Optimize SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules to drive process efficiency.
Review and refine system configurations to meet evolving business needs.
Coordinate and manage system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
Assist with data validation to maintain system accuracy and integrity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and provide end-user support.
Develop and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures, and system documentation.
Contribute to change management efforts by creating training materials and resources.

Proven experience in HRIS implementation and optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
