Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference; the Regulatory Support Officer role supports the Regulatory Affairs team by maintaining critical regulatory databases and document control systems. The role is for someone who thrives on accuracy, structure, and ensuring information is correctly tracked and managed across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Ensuring that all post approval activities are actioned in a timely manner;
- Ensure Viatris' databases and systems are accurate and current by drafting, updating, reviewing and verifying entries;
- Collaborate with team members to maintain the lifecycle of allocated portfolio.
- Ensure our company's change control system is accurate and current by creating, reviewing and completing change records.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and codes and provide regulatory advice to company personnel as required.

(ii). Technical Diploma with experience working in an administrative role in a regulated environment (E.g. Healthcare).

The minimum qualifications and experience required for this role includes:

- Strong attention to detail with an interest in regulatory data, systems and compliance;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and co-operate with others to achieve goals within specified timeframes;
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
