Equipment Set Up Person
to join our team on a casual basis.
About the Role:
As an Equipment Set Up Person, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our programs run smoothly. You'll be responsible for setting up and packing away equipment in line with lesson plans and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and contributing to a positive atmosphere for children, parents, and carers.
What You'll Do:
Set up equipment according to weekly maps and program guidelines.
Ensure all equipment is clean, secure, and in good working order.
Maintain a safe setup by using appropriate mats, and straps, and ensuring no trip hazards.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a fun, supportive environment.
Communicate with the centre manager about equipment needs or issues.

Passionate about creating a safe, engaging space for children to thrive.
Physical and Practical Requirements:
Ability to handle and move equipment safely.
Familiarity with OH&S principles.
Available to arrive on time and ensure setup is complete before classes begin.
